Since 1989, cousins Michael Hill Smith MW and Martin Shaw have been crafting cool-climate magic up in the Adelaide Hills. Think zippy Sauvignon Blanc, elegant Chardonnay, juicy Pinot Noir, silky Shiraz and fresh-as-a-daisy Riesling – all grown where the air is crisp and the grapes thrive.

With vineyards in Lenswood and Balhannah (where the winery and tasting room live), Shaw + Smith is all about doing things right – low yields, healthy soils, hand-picked grapes, and wines that actually speak of where they’re from.

These are wines with vibrance, finesse and a whole lot of Adelaide Hills charm.
